Responsibilities include:
•Offering a welcoming, professional, yet casual experience for both locals and visitors
• The sales and service of our food and beverage
•Ability to suggest specific food/wine pairings
• Attending to guest’s needs before, during, and after their meal
• Timely delivery of all food and beverage
• Checking on guests throughout their meal providing attentive hospitality throughout their dining experience
•A working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu
•A working knowledge of the wine list and how to properly serve wine
• Knowing and following steps of service-taking proper care of guests, while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Reading each table and knowing how each guest defines excellent service (Ex-know when to approach the table, know when to let the guests enjoy their dining experience)
•Continualcommunication with other FOH/BOH staff members and management
•High standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of dough before, during, and after service

• At least 2 years experience as a server working in full-service restaurant
• Passion for food, cocktails, wine, and beer service
• Ability to suggestively sell
• Outgoing personality-a “people person”
• Excellent communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to be able to carry plates, glasses, silverware using trays
• Abilitytoliftup to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
