We make our pizzas using farm-fresh ingredients and true Neapolitan techniques.  At the heart of our pizzeria is "Il Cuore” and “Scintilla,” our wood-burning ovens that bake the pizzas to perfection in 90 seconds at over 900 degrees.  It's all about balance, simplicity, and top-quality ingredients. Doug and Lori opened Dough Pizzeria Napoletana in San Antonio on November 22, 2007. Since then, they have expanded to Plano, Texas and to downtown San Antonio, close to the Henry B.
