Responsibilities include:
• Wash dishes/glasses/guest’s utensils/kitchen utensils(machine and by hand, as needed)
• Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean
• Understand and practice proper sanitation standards
• Take out the trash at the end of each shift

•At least 1 year of experience working as a dishwasher in an upscale, yet casual, fast-paced restaurant
•A familiarity with back-of-house operationsin a restaurant setting
•Strong communication and listening skills
•The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
•Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
•Must be able to clearly communicate with other team members
•Ability to walk or stand for long periods
• Ability to push and carry heavy objects
