Responsibilities include:
• Making sure tables are properly set in a timely manner
• Making sure that all tables/chairs/barstools are properly cleaned off after each guest
• Making sure that the floor underneath the tables (dining room and patio) is properly swept and clean between guests
• Keeping constant open communication with the host staff and management regarding which table is to be set first, second, third, etc. based on the need
• Assisting the servers with “starting,” clearing, and re-water ng the tables
• Assisting in keeping all bussers/servers stations clean and orderly 

• At least 1 year of experience as a busser in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to communicate clearly with the other staff/management
• Ability to comm unicate with guests
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to carry plates, glassware, etc. using trays
• Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
