On July 24, 2013, Doug Horn, Chef/Owner of Dough Pizzeria Napoletana, received APN (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani) certification “Attestato di Partecipazione al Corso per Pizzaiuolo” by Roberto Caporuscio, Delegato APN-USA. APN – Association of Neapolitan Pizza Makers, is the Italian governing body that teaches the art of Neapolitan pizza making and certifies adherence to authentic procedures. Roberto travels the globe to communicate the word of pizza Napoletana, sharing his undying passion, vast knowledge, experience, and influence to a worldly audience.
