Dough, which opened in November 2007 in San Antonio, TX, has received national recognition as a leader in the restaurant industry, for its food, service, attention to detail and for the experience created for each and every guest. 

We are looking for people who are experienced in the food and beverage industry, who are willing to not only invest in Dough financially;  but also invest in Dough by working side by side with each employee, both in the “front” and the “back” of the house.

We are looking for people who are familiar with Dough’s concept and share in our passion for Neapolitan-style Pizza, true to its roots in Naples, Italy.

We are looking for people who are passionate about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests, from the moment the customer walks through the door to the moment they leave.
