At both Dough San Antonio and Dough Dallas, whether you are interested in a "back of the house" or "front of the house" position, the basic requirements are the same.  We are looking for people who are passionate about researching, preparing and serving authentic Neapolitan-style Pizza.


We are interested in hiring people who are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for each and every guest.  Each member of our staff works closely together with one other and is trained to be able to assist in all facets of the restaurant.

  • GREAT NEWS FOR DOUGH San Antonio!! We have officially taken over the space next door and are in the process of re-constructing that area. We will be adding a wine bar, expanding the kitchen and adding more seating. Dough will be opened throughout this process and we hope that everyone will stop by, enjoy some pizza and see the expansion in progress!
