• A Mozzarella Bar (aka “Chef’s Table”), where you can watch the Burrata, Fior di Latte, Stracciato, Rollatini and Burricotti being made fresh daily

 

• An all-Italian wine list, as well as a Reserve wine list, which includes wines from all over the world. Both lists include wines that are available by the glass, quartino and bottle

 

• An authentic wood-burning oven that was built by a master oven mason from Naples, Italy (“Il Cuore”) the “heart” of the restaurant, that cooks the pizzas at 800 + degrees in approximately 90 seconds!

 

• A Pizza Bar (aka “Chef’s Table”) where guests can interact with the Pizzaioli

 

• House-made desserts, gelatos and sorbettos made fresh daily

 

• Doug and Lori are proud members of “Slow Food USA” and support farmers by sourcing as many products as possible from local farms

 

• A thriving herb garden where fresh herbs are picked daily

 

• Both indoor and patio seating overlooking the herb garden (San Antonio location)

 

• An outdoor wine bar (San Antonio location)

 

• Fresh artisan breads baked daily

 

• In-house filtering and bottling of their own drinking water

  • DOUGH Pizzeria San Antonio location will be CLOSED on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5, 2012. We will reopen on Monday February 6.


  • GREAT NEWS FOR DOUGH San Antonio!! We have officially taken over the space next door and are in the process of re-constructing that area. We will be adding a wine bar, expanding the kitchen and adding more seating. Dough will be opened throughout this process and we hope that everyone will stop by, enjoy some pizza and see the expansion in progress!
